Portfolio Managers generally work under a Senior Portfolio Manager to provide them with additional support. A Portfolio Manager’s main tasks include leasing and resident communication.

Our accounting team handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable for the properties. From paying vendors to annual tax paperwork our accounting staff plays a large role in helping manage the portfolio. They also produce the monthly statements for owner disbursements.
