Our team of Senior Portfolio Managers are generally your primary point of contact. They help control everything going on at your property, from tenant issues to building maintenance. Senior Portfolio Managers work directly with our Maintenance and Accounting teams to provide expert advice to our clients to make decisions.

Our accounting team handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable for the properties. From paying vendors to annual tax paperwork our accounting staff plays a large role in helping manage the portfolio. They also produce the monthly statements for owner disbursements.

One of UPM’s strategic advantages is having a robust, on-staff maintenance department. Our maintenance team can tackle projects big and small, as well as provide emergency support. Having on-staff maintenance support ensures work orders get done quicker, leading to less resident complaints and fewer turnovers.
