All of us at Universal Property Management would like to welcome you as a resident in one of our properties. Considering this is your home, we want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and know everything that is available to you. Most notable is the tenant portal, which provides a tremendous amount of information for you during your residency. You can sign in on the UPM home page, by clicking the button in the top right corner.
Once you have successfully signed in, you will see a handful of links for you to click on. Here's a brief overview of some of the key features the tenant portal offers.
View Your Account Statement
Check your account balance at any time by clicking the 'My Account Statement' tab. This will show you a history of when you paid off balances, and what you owe currently. This is all made available in PDF format, so you can easily print it out for your records.
Pay Your Rent Online
In today's world we have the ability to buy anything online, so why not pay your rent online too? It's as easy as clicking on the 'Pay Rent' tab, and filling out the required information. No more worrying about getting your checks to the mail on time.
For general maintenance, you can request service via the 'Repair Request' tab. This allows you to describe the issue you are having so we can dispatch the right vendor as efficiently as possible. For emergencies, you should call us at the phone number on the right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Visit the 'FAQs' section in order to get answers to basic questions. Things covered in this section include the payment of rent and when it's due, what happens when you're lease end date is approaching, and basic move-out information. Of course, if you have a question that isn't covered here please don't hesitate to contact us.
