Owner's Statements and Invoices
The owner portal allows you to get an account statement or summary on any of your properties. This will give you an in-depth analysis of the inflows and outflows of your property broken down by month. Additionally, any work orders for the property will appear in hyperlinks, and you can review the invoices. By reviewing the account summary, you will get a much more broad report on your property's financials.
Next to Statements is Invoices. This allows for much easier access to past work orders compared to the account statements. In this section, invoices are broken down by year and property.
The Frequently Asked Questions tab allows for immediate access to basic questions. They cover a variety of topics from the average cost of a turnover rehab, to the re-renting process, to how long it takes to receive your check.
